CHEF HENRY COMES TO YOU WITH OVER 42 YEARS INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE CULINARY FIELD.
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago in the southern Caribbean, Chef Henry graduated from culinary school in 1970. Having served as Executive Chef in several hotels throughout the Caribbean he has tremendous knowledge of international trends in food. Chef Henry is well versed in all areas of international cuisine – French, Italian, German and Mexican among others. He is ready, willing and able to put together any menu you will need to satisfy your clients.
Chef Henry was voted the Top Chef in the Caribbean in 1978 and has a flair for working with food and creating new dishes. Chef Henry has worked with prominent Charlotte caterers for the past 15 years. He has managed several food establishments and since 2002 has decided to commit his future to Chef Henry Catering.
Chef Henry has been married for the past 44 years to the beautiful Veronica James. Together they have four children Nicole, Barry, Brent and Nichelle and six grandchildren.
